A team of physicians were faced with a very strange dilemma when a patient with a "do not resuscitate" tattoo arrived to their emergency room. Do not resuscitate tattoo on an unconscious patient.After some time the boy became responsive and was taken to the hospital. Annie Dyke the school's nurse applied the AED while Knight kept performing compressions. He reached the gym and found an unresponsive boy on the floor. The coach called The school's resource officer, Joey Knight for help. Crumity was playing dodgeball in the gym when he suddenly collapsed and went into cardiac arrest. Boy saved by CPR after his pace maker stopped working.The boy was later declared out of danger. Firefighters arrived on the scene and took care of the boy then later brought him to the Arnold Palmer hospital. The 911 dispatcher gave the neighbor instructions to pinch the boy's nose, cover the boy's mouth with the neighbor's mouth then blow air into the boy's lungs. The mother said a neighbor was attempting CPR but did not know how. At 3 pm on Christmas Day, a call to 911 came in from a mother who said her one-year-old son fell on the pool and was not responding. 911 CPR instructions saved toddler's life.After thirty compressions and two breaths later, Simmons regained her consciousness. ![]() She’d earned her CPR certificate less than 24 hours earlier. Without a second thought, Norwood runs back to the car and pulled her friend, checked her pulse, but there wasn’t one. After the impact, Norwood rushed to the end of the street when she realized that her best friend, Azaira Simmons, 16, was nowhere to be found.
